Bright sun and a hot day on the golf course welcomed the Fairbanks Energy team and dozens of our colleagues, customers and partners as we joined together to support Wellspring Multi-Service Center at our Charity Golf Invitational last Monday. This annual event raises money for a local charity and gives us an opportunity for a fun day out of the office to reconnect with our network before gearing up for additional efficiency projects in the fall.
The 2019 charity, Wellspring Multi-Service Center, offers multiples services for their community including education, transportation and legal services, a food pantry, counseling and more. Their impact reaches both deep and wide across the South Shore of Massachusetts and the organization donates $0.85 of every dollar directly to client services. We are proud to support Wellspring, connected to Bob Masland, part of our controls team here at Fairbanks Energy, through his wife, Stephanie, Director of Community Outreach for Wellspring.
Our tournament returned again to Granite Links Golf Club in Quincy, MA. This event isn't possible without the support of our partners and companies who generously made donations of all types to ensure the success of the tournament. Thank you to everybody who contributed time, financial donations and sponsorships to the 2019 Fairbanks Energy Services Charity Golf Invitational. We had a great time and are excited to share these photos of the event. We're already looking forward to next year!
